Terms and Conditions – Dimers Betting Platform Pakistan

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here:

• "Dimers" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the operator of the dimers.bet platform.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who registers an account or uses any service on Dimers.
• "Account" — the player account created by registering on the Dimers platform.
• "Balance" — the total PKR funds held in a player's Dimers account at any given time, including real-money funds and any active bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited directly by the player, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by Dimers subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must wager before a bonus can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed on a sports market, esports market, casino game, or virtual sports event on Dimers.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process requiring identity and address documentation.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the only currency in which Dimers accounts operate.
• "Services" — all betting, gaming, and account services available on the Dimers platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Dimers. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• All information you provide to Dimers during registration and thereafter is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Account Registration

To use Dimers, you must create a player account. You agree to provide your real name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If Dimers detects that you have opened or are operating more than one account — whether in your own name or in the names of others — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and balances may be confiscated at Dimers' discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Dimers will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that result from your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Dimers support at support@dimers.bet immediately.

Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another individual to use your Dimers account under any circumstances.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

Dimers is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. Verification — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — may be requested at any time and must be completed before withdrawals are authorised.

Documents typically required for KYC include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet or bank statement showing your name)

Documents should be submitted clearly in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Dimers aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Incomplete or unclear submissions will cause delays. Dimers reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission does not adequately confirm identity.

5 Deposits

Dimers accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your Dimers account as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically instant or within 2–5 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically within 30–60 minutes during banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically within 5–15 minutes subject to card issuer processing.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact Dimers support with your transaction reference number. Dimers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Dimers will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not matching your registered details, it will be returned and the deposit attempt flagged for review.

Dimers does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Dimers' control and are your responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all verified players. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard requests, though large amounts above Rs 100,000 may require additional verification before processing.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Where this is not possible, Dimers will contact you to confirm an alternative method that must still be registered in your name.

Standard withdrawal processing times on Dimers are:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: 5–30 minutes after approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing cycle.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer.

Only funds from your Real Money Balance are withdrawable. Bonus Balance funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money and subsequently withdrawn. Dimers will always withdraw Real Money Balance first when processing a withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Dimers offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant offer page. The general rules governing all Dimers promotions are set out below.

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per shared device unless stated otherwise.
• Dimers reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to real money).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Slot games may contribute at varying rates. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting wagering. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum may not count towards wagering requirements.
• Dimers reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to cover all outcomes, using bonus funds purely on low-margin markets to satisfy requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms.
• Bonuses that have not been used or met their wagering requirements within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

8 Betting Rules

All bets on Dimers are subject to these general rules as well as sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the relevant betting section. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.

• A bet is confirmed only once Dimers has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference number.
• Dimers reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds at which the bet is accepted. In-play odds update rapidly and it is the player's responsibility to verify the displayed odds before confirming a wager.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — where odds are clearly posted incorrectly due to a technical or human error — Dimers reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies even where bets have been accepted by the system.
• If a sports event is postponed and played within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets on that event remain valid. If the event is delayed beyond 24 hours or abandoned, stakes are returned.
• For esports events, results are based on the official ruling of the relevant tournament organiser. Disputed results follow the organiser's final decision.
• Accumulator bets are accepted across all sports. If one selection in an accumulator is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections at reduced odds.
• Cash-out is available on selected markets. The cash-out value offered reflects the current probability of your selection winning based on live odds. Once a cash-out is accepted, it is final and the original bet is settled accordingly.

9 Casino Games

Casino games on Dimers — including jackpot slots, crash games, and poker — are governed by the rules of each individual game as published within the game interface. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.

Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for casino games represent theoretical long-run averages based on millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee specific results in any individual session. The house edge on all casino games is inherent to the mathematics of the game and cannot be removed.

Progressive jackpot wins are paid from the jackpot pool. For very large jackpot wins, Dimers may pay the prize in instalments over a period agreed with the winning player. This is rare and would only apply to jackpot amounts above Rs 10,000,000.

In the event of a technical failure — such as a disconnection during a casino game round — the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by Dimers' game server logs. If the round completed server-side before the disconnection, the outcome stands. If the round had not yet been determined server-side, the bet is voided and the stake returned.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Dimers and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on Dimers.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in Dimers' platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or bonus abuse designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using Dimers for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with Dimers' platform in any way.
• Using Dimers if you are a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Dimers employee in a position with access to platform operations.

Dimers monitors all accounts and betting activity for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, Dimers will close the account, void all bets and bonuses, and may report the matter to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Dimers reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, unresolved chargeback disputes, or a player's own request.

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or access your balance until the suspension is lifted. Dimers will contact you by email or SMS with the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it.

If you wish to close your own Dimers account, contact support at support@dimers.bet. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any pending bets are settled. Active bonuses are forfeited on voluntary account closure.

Players who have self-excluded through the Responsible Gaming programme cannot reopen their accounts during the self-exclusion period, regardless of the stated reason. This is for your protection and Dimers will not process requests to reverse self-exclusion before the chosen period expires.

12 Responsible Gaming

Dimers is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to all players, available at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of play.
• Cool-off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from Dimers for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the Dimers platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, and written content — is the property of Dimers or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Dimers content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for its intended purpose (placing bets and playing games) is permitted under these terms.

15 Limitation of Liability

Dimers provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Dimers shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses sustained during normal gameplay — gambling involves risk and Dimers is not responsible for the outcomes of bets or casino games.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party internet service providers that affect your ability to access Dimers.

In all cases, Dimers' maximum liability to any player for any single claim is capped at the player's Real Money Balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

16 Amendments to These Terms

Dimers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players by email or by a notice displayed on the platform at login. Continued use of Dimers following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of Dimers should first be raised with our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@dimers.bet with the subject line "Formal Dispute". Dimers will acknowledge formal disputes within 5 business days and provide a full written response within 20 business days.

Dimers' decision on bet settlement matters — including void bets, score corrections, and odds errors — is final once the relevant sport or game's governing body has issued an official result.
